A: We ship every Wednesday and Friday around 2:00pm (PST). We ship express orders the day they are received.

Q: Why is shipping more than what they quote on the UPS or USPS website?

A: We take special care to make sure that all our products arrive to their destination without damage and all our shipped products are insured for their cost.

Q: Can I return a product?
